In Collaboration with Will Ehrman 

When presented with the task of creating affordable housing on challenging sites in New York City, a few things struck us as being the most important to address; consider-ation of the deeply rich historical context of the city, quality of space (constant access to light, air, and greenery), simple constructability that warrants quick construction andleverages cost, and use of affordable, rugged materials throughout, to ensure longevity.
